First Ever Fine Art Album Sale

Christina DeVictor April 16, 2020

What is that? A silver lining to the COVID-19 shelter-in-place order? Yep, that’s right, Someplace Wild’s first album sale EVER. We finally have extra time to work with you to custom design and deliver our fine art albums (and in short order)! After investing thousands in professional photography, we believe it is best to have the images on display so you can relive your meaningful moments as often as you cozy up on the couch or entertain friends! Keeping the images on a hard drive somewhere just doesn’t do them justice.

For the hundreds of clients that we have photographed over the past 8 years, we hope you will take advantage of this unique opportunity to catch our focus 😉 and gift yourself or a loved one a tangible heirloom.

ALBUMS

Museum quality, archival ink on fine art paper
Paper thickness can be either thin spread (20mil / .5mm), so they flex just a little, or thick spread (50mil / 1.3mm), for a sturdier experience
Album pricing start with 30 spreads and will hold a maximum of 50 spreads (that's 100 pages)
Includes Matte page finish, or upgrade to Photo Finish or Coated Matte finishes

PRICING

10x10in or 9x12in with up to 30 spreads: $1200
12x12 with up to 30 spreads: $1600
$28 per additional spread

LIMITED TIME OFFER: 20% OFF ALL ORDERS MADE BEFORE MIDNIGHT, FRIDAY, MAY 8TH, 2020!

PROCESS
Use the form ‘Design Your Album’ below to start the process. Once we receive your album preferences, we will send you a selection email from your gallery for you to start the images you want in your album. Then the custom design begins!

A FEW PRO TIPS

When selecting your images, I recommend not overthinking it. Go with your gut instincts! The photographs you loved most the first time you saw your photos are a good place to start. Although it’s important to have an overall sense of narrative, when illustrating the story of your wedding day, don’t feel like you need to include every single event/moment/important person.

Around 120 images is ideal. You can, of course, submit more and I will try work them into the design, but always recommend about 120 images so the design does not end up cluttered.

We will send you a digital proof of your album for you to review with up to (3) rounds of revisions. This is the best time to be honest, if you don’t like something, tell us! You can come and go from this website as you please, your comments will be saved until you are ready to submit them. After you’ve received your allotted drafts, you may add more at a rate of $100/draft.

Once the Album Design approved, we will send a final invoice (unless you have already paid). Once we receive payment, we will order the album. Production takes about 4-6 weeks. Then when complete, your fine art album will be shipped right to your door at no additional cost. When you are ready, please fill out the following form to start the design process:
