I changed the title to this part about five times. Why you ask? Because my teaching method is that of a coach, not a mentor or tutor. A coach is one who instructs or trains with special emphasis on fundamentals and strategy. Coaching is task oriented. The focus is on concrete issues, such as managing your business more effectively, communicating more articulately, or learning how to think strategically.  This will be short term and performance driven. It will involve either enhancing current skills or acquiring new ones.

While I am heavily relationship-oriented in my personal life, I have found that channeling the emotional side of myself into teaching has become problematic, keeping me from being honest when that is what is needed most. While we will talk about work/life balance, self-confidence, self-perception, and how the personal influences the professional; but we will also create a strategies, formulas and challenges that will take your creative business to the next level.

Coaching does not require design, meaning, coaching can be conducted almost immediately on any given topic. Nothing is off-limits. We can "go" to any place of your business that needs strategy and implementation, and then get to work.
